James E. Diefenbach, CPA - Senior Tax Specialist
Jim has been a career tax professional since graduating from Rider College in 1985. He began his career preparing tax returns and financial statements for individuals and small businesses at a public accounting firm in Lawrenceville, during which time he passed the CPA exam in 1989. He has also provided tax services in the government, banking, and retail sectors. Most recently, he worked with an international pharmaceutical company having business activity in all 50 states. His experience includes managing Federal and State audits, preparation of corporate income and sales & use tax returns, and maximizing available tax credits.
Jim is a volunteer with the United Way assisting low income families with personal tax return preparation. He is as avid traveler and baseball fan, and has attended games at the parks of all 30 major league teams. He is member of the Knights of Columbus Council #7677. Jim lives in Hamilton with his wife Leanne, and they have three children (triplets).
